I’m Steph and for over 12 years, I’ve worked as a Coach and in People Development and Operational roles in the corporate world, but my true passion was sparked by helping others take bold steps toward their dreams.

Now, as a new mum, I’m more motivated than ever to inspire others to pursue their ambitions while finding the balance that makes life joyful and fulfilling.

As a certified Coach Practitioner and Executive Coach through the European Mentoring & Coaching Council (EMCC), I’ve had the pleasure of working with individuals from corporate and creative backgrounds alike. My goal is to create a space where you can shift your mindset, explore fresh opportunities, and confidently move toward the future you’ve been dreaming of.
