Target Your Happy Club Membership Terms

These terms apply to membership of the Target Your Happy Club. Please have a read before joining so you know exactly how your membership works.
1. Your membership
The Target Your Happy Club is a monthly coaching community designed to help women create a working life they genuinely enjoy.
Your membership includes access to the Club community, monthly Club sessions, available workshop recordings and resources, and any additional Club resources made available as part of your membership.
The exact content and schedule may evolve from time to time as the Club develops.
2. Monthly membership and payment
Your membership is a monthly recurring subscription.
The membership fee shown at checkout will be charged when you join and then automatically on a monthly basis until you cancel your membership.
There is no minimum membership period unless this is clearly stated when you join.
Any Founding Member price or other promotional price offered when you join will be subject to the conditions stated as part of that offer.
3. Access to the Club
You'll receive access to the Target Your Happy Club after joining.
Your membership and Club resources are for your own personal use and shouldn't be shared with anyone else.
Live Club sessions are currently held online via Zoom. Dates and joining information will be shared with members inside the Club and/or by email.
Where a workshop is recorded, the recording will be made available to Club members. Not every live session will be recorded, particularly where the session involves personal or group coaching conversations.
4. Cancelling your membership
You can cancel your monthly membership at any time.
Cancelling stops future recurring membership payments. Unless otherwise required by law, you'll continue to have access to the Club until the end of the membership period you've already paid for.
You can cancel your membership using the cancellation options provided through the membership platform. If you experience any problems cancelling, please contact us at targetyourhappy@gmail.com.
Once your membership ends, you'll lose access to the Club community, recordings, resources and other members-only content.
Nothing in these terms affects any cancellation or refund rights you have under applicable consumer law.
5. Refunds and statutory cancellation rights
Because membership gives you access to digital resources and Club services from the start of your membership, there may be circumstances in which you are asked at checkout to expressly request or consent to access beginning straight away.
Your statutory rights, including any applicable cancellation rights, are not affected by these terms.
Outside any rights you have under consumer law, membership fees are not normally refundable for a membership period that has already begun simply because you decide not to use or attend the Club.
This does not affect your rights if something we provide is faulty, not provided with reasonable care and skill, or otherwise does not meet your statutory rights.
6. Live sessions
Club sessions are designed to be supportive, participative spaces.
Dates and times will be communicated in advance. Occasionally a session may need to be rescheduled because of illness, emergencies or circumstances outside our reasonable control. Where this happens, we'll give members as much notice as reasonably possible and arrange an alternative where appropriate.
Attendance at live sessions is optional.
Some workshops may be recorded for members who cannot attend live. Business Labs, Career Labs and other sessions involving personal coaching conversations will not normally be recorded.
Please respect the privacy of other Club members and don't record, screenshot, reproduce or share another member's contribution without their permission.
7. Coaching
Coaching provided through the Club is intended to support reflection, development, decision-making and action.
Coaching is not therapy, medical advice, financial advice, legal advice or another regulated professional service.
You remain responsible for your own decisions, actions and results.
8. Founding Member Club Kickstart Session
Where your membership includes a complimentary 30-minute Club Kickstart coaching session, the following conditions apply:
The session is available once per eligible Founding Member.
The session lasts up to 30 minutes and will take place online.
You'll receive information about how to book your session after joining.
Your session must be booked and taken by 30th November 2026, unless otherwise agreed.
Sessions are subject to availability.
If you need to rearrange, please give at least 48 hours' notice.
If you cancel with less than 48 hours' notice or don't attend your booked session, the session may be treated as used and another complimentary session may not be offered.
The session cannot be transferred to another person, exchanged for cash or used as credit towards another service.
Your Kickstart session is a Founding Member joining benefit. If you subsequently cancel your Club membership, you can still use your session provided it is taken by 30 November 2026 and you otherwise meet these terms.
9. Community standards
The Club is intended to be a supportive and respectful space.
By joining, you agree to treat other members respectfully and keep personal information or experiences shared by other members confidential.
We reserve the right to remove a member from the community where their behaviour is abusive, discriminatory, threatening, seriously disruptive or otherwise compromises the safety or experience of other members.
Where appropriate, we'll aim to raise concerns with the member before taking this step.
10. Intellectual property
Club workshops, recordings, worksheets, coaching tools and other resources are owned by Target Your Happy or used with appropriate permission.
They're provided for your personal use as a Club member and must not be copied, sold, published, distributed, taught or shared outside the Club without written permission.
11. Changes to the Club
The Target Your Happy Club will continue to develop.
We may make reasonable changes to session formats, schedules, resources or the way the Club is delivered. If we make a significant change that materially affects your membership, we'll let you know in advance where reasonably possible.
Any changes to membership pricing will be communicated before they take effect and will be handled in accordance with the terms applicable to your membership.
