These Terms & Conditions apply to all digital products, downloadable resources, online workshops, self-paced courses and other digital content sold or provided by Target Your Happy, a trading name of Home & Wares Ltd.

By purchasing or accessing any digital product, you agree to these Terms.

2. Our digital products

Our digital products may include, but are not limited to:

  • The Happiness Audit

  • downloadable worksheets

  • journals

  • reflection exercises

  • workbooks

  • guided audio recordings

  • online workshops

  • live Zoom sessions

  • self-paced online courses

  • future membership resources

Products may evolve over time as our services grow.

3. Purchasing

All prices are shown in pounds sterling (£).

Payment must be made in full before access to any digital product is provided.

Payments are securely processed by Stripe.

4. Access

Where applicable, access details will be sent to the email address provided during purchase.

It is your responsibility to ensure your email address is accurate.

We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect contact details supplied by you.

5. Licence

When you purchase a product, you are purchasing a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use that product.

You do not acquire ownership of the intellectual property.

Unless we have given written permission, you may not:

  • copy

  • reproduce

  • share

  • distribute

  • resell

  • sublicense

  • publish

  • modify

any part of our products.

Access is for your personal use only.

6. Intellectual Property

All course materials, worksheets, exercises, videos, audio recordings, templates and resources remain the intellectual property of Home & Wares Ltd.

This includes any future updates or revised editions.

7. Consumer cancellation rights

Where you purchase digital content online, your rights are governed by the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.

Before receiving immediate access to digital content, you will be asked to expressly agree that:

  • you wish to receive the digital content immediately; and

  • you understand that once access has been provided, you lose your statutory right to cancel that purchase.

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights.

8. Refunds

Due to the nature of digital products, refunds are generally not available once access has been granted or a download has begun.

However, this does not affect your legal rights if:

  • the product is faulty;

  • the product is not as described; or

  • we are otherwise required by law to provide a refund.

Any additional goodwill refunds are entirely at our discretion.

9. Technology

You are responsible for ensuring that you have suitable internet access, software and equipment to access our digital products.

We are not responsible for technical issues relating to your own devices or internet connection.

10. Availability

While we aim to provide continuous access wherever possible, we cannot guarantee that our website or digital platforms will always be available without interruption.

Access may occasionally be affected by maintenance, software updates or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

11. Educational purposes

Our digital products are provided for educational and personal development purposes.

They are not intended to replace professional medical, psychological, legal or financial advice.

Results will vary between individuals.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Home & Wares Ltd shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our digital products.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where it would be unlawful to do so.

13. Changes to products

We may update, improve or discontinue digital products from time to time.

Where updates form part of a purchased product, we may make them available at our discretion.

Future products, bonuses or content are not guaranteed unless expressly included in your purchase.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
