Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Target Your Happy, we want you to feel confident when booking our services or purchasing our products. This policy explains when refunds, cancellations and rescheduling are available.
Target Your Happy is a trading name of Home & Wares Ltd.

1. One-to-one coaching
Rescheduling
If you need to rearrange your coaching session, please give at least 24 hours' notice.
Where at least 24 hours' notice is provided, your session will be rescheduled at no additional cost, subject to availability.
Requests made with less than 24 hours' notice may be treated as a late cancellation.
Cancellation by you
If you cancel at least 24 hours before your scheduled session, you may choose to:
transfer your booking to another available date; or
receive a refund where applicable.
If you cancel with less than 24 hours' notice, or do not attend your session without notice, your session fee will normally be non-refundable.
Cancellation by us
If we need to cancel or rearrange a coaching session due to illness, unforeseen circumstances or events beyond our reasonable control, you will be offered either:
an alternative appointment; or
a full refund.
2. Coaching packages
Coaching packages are designed to be used within the agreed coaching period.
Unused sessions are generally non-refundable unless required by law or otherwise agreed in writing.
If we are unable to provide the remaining coaching sessions, an appropriate refund will be offered for any unused sessions.
3. Happy Power Hour
Happy Power Hour bookings follow the same cancellation policy as individual coaching sessions.
As this is a one-off session, we encourage you to contact us as soon as possible if you need to rearrange your booking.
4. Digital products
Due to the nature of digital products, refunds are generally not available once access has been granted or a download has started.
This includes products such as:
downloadable workbooks
journals
worksheets
audio recordings
digital guides
The Happiness Audit
However, your statutory rights remain unaffected.
If a digital product is faulty, not as described or cannot reasonably be accessed, please contact us and we will work with you to resolve the issue. Where appropriate, this may include a repair, replacement or refund in accordance with UK consumer law.
5. Online courses
For self-paced online courses, refunds are generally not available once access has been provided, except where required by law.
Where a course has not yet started and access has not been granted, you may be entitled to cancel your purchase in accordance with the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
Any course-specific refund arrangements will be clearly stated on the relevant sales page.
6. Live workshops and group programmes
If you book a live online workshop or group programme:
cancellation requests received at least 7 days before the event will normally receive a full refund or transfer to another available date;
cancellations made within 7 days of the event are generally non-refundable, unless required by law.
If we cancel a workshop or programme, you will receive either:
a full refund; or
the option to transfer your booking to a future event.
7. Consumer rights
Nothing in this policy limits or excludes your statutory rights under UK consumer law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
8. How to request a refund
To request a refund or discuss your booking, please email:

your name;
the product or service purchased;
the date of purchase; and
the reason for your request.
We aim to respond within five working days.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this Refund & Cancellation Policy from time to time.
